Cancellation Policy

We understand that people have busy lives and sometimes need to make a schedule change. However, please understand that our instructors, range staff, equipment and many other resources needed to put on a great experience for our clients are planned according to expected attendance. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 5 business days before your scheduled class.  This will allow us to offer your spot to another student. You may contact us via e-mail to cancel.  Please note, we do not offer refunds. We will credit your payment toward another class if notified with at least 5 business days notice of your cancellation.

RESCHEDULING POLICY  

If you need to reschedule a class or move your class to another class date, you may schedule another class within 1 year from the original booking date as long as you notify us 5 business days in advance. Those who do not give at least FIVE BUSINESS DAYS of notice or do not show up to their designated class will lose their class fee and have to purchase the class again at the full price.  If you have a true medical emergency, we kindly ask that you please provide us with documentation. 

Inclement Weather Policy

Lioness Tactics recognizes that inclement weather and other emergencies can affect the ability to open or stay open for business.  The safety of our patrons and our employees is paramount in any situation.  The following administrative policy has been developed to establish guidelines for making decisions regarding cancellations and closings in the event of inclement weather including, but not limited to extreme cold, tornadoes, hail or electrical storms, a large snow event, strong winds or heavy rains, or other examples of weather disruptions. 

Policy 

Lioness Tactics Inc. cannot guarantee weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your course due to severe weather conditions that are imminent, or if we have reason to believe that our clients and/our equipment may be in danger. The safety of our clients and staff is our number one priority any time a decision must be made regarding cancellations and delays during a weather situation.  The scheduled class may resume, and facilities may reopen under the following conditions: 

  • Severe weather has subsided, and the weather report is favorable 

  • Weather advisories have been lifted 

  • Staff and participants can travel safely to activity site 

  • Venue is operating normally and permits safe use 

Rescheduled Class Credit Terms and Conditions: 

Rescheduled Class Credit must be used for a scheduled course within one year of the issued date, regardless of the date on which the order is placed. Rescheduled Class Credit cannot be used for a scheduled course after the expiration date. Rescheduled Class Credit must be used in full at the time of checkout. If your class fee is less than the Rescheduled Class Credit amount, the remainder will not be refunded and cannot be used on any future orders. Once a Rescheduled Class Credit has been redeemed on a class, that Rescheduled Class Credit cannot be refunded nor reissued in the case of another cancellation.  If Lioness Tactics Inc. cancels a scheduled course for reasons beyond their control, we will contact you to offer an alternate date.  Anyone that cannot meet the alternate date, will receive a Rescheduled Class Credit redeemable for the same class at a later date.  You may also redeem your Rescheduled Class Credit on a different class of an equal or lesser value. We will happily work with you to ensure that the transition occurs as seamlessly as possible.
